The expansive project is being proposed by Armada Hoffler Properties
A plan to remake the government center in Dania Beach into a mixed-use variety of high rise buildings made it to the next step this week. City commissioners voted to continue with negotiations for the proposed $634m project.
The project would be composed of five apartment buildings, offices and a hotel at the site at 100 W. Dania Beach Blvd.
The three-phase project is not totally approved yet, however the recent step is a step closer. In the meantime the proposal actually needs to be reworked a bit because it included a few elements that were previously turned down.
