City Oyster is combining these distinct beverages to make some unique craft cocktails

Kombucha is a fermented tea-type drink commonly intended as a functional beverage for its supposed health benefits, offering bold taste profiles and polarizing flavors and fans.

It makes sense that the natural next step is to add alcohol to it, and watch the masses enjoy.

City Oyster in Delray Beach is doing just that, offering a host of new kombucha cocktails onto the menu like the Mexican Bucha (Life Organic tequila and agave nectar topped with passion fruit kombucha) and the Bucha Spritz (Aperol and dry-hopped kombucha with lemon zest).
