The property, located at 601 Northwest Sixth Avenue in the Sistrunk District is on the market for $27 million, another vote of confidence in the Sistrunk district that’s being dubbed a mini-Wynwood of Fort Lauderdale.

Opportunity zones are specialty designated parcels that hold special tax benefits to incentivize developers to embrace and cultivate properties in historical or underserved areas. So far, it seems like it’s working for this area.
