The new restaurant in Fort Lauderdale is creating concoctions of Mexican favorites
What’s better than guacamole? What’s better than Mexican street corn?
Guac mixed with Mexican street corn, of course. It’s chilled, spiked with special truffle crema, cotija and Parmesan cheeses, and char-grilled corn that’s been de-cobbed on top of guac made for dipping.
This is just one of the few appetizers available and it’s indicative of the rest of the menu.
After 4 years in the planning stages, the Fort Lauderdale location is now opened joining it’s sisters in Boca Raton, Miami, and Aventura.
The impressive location features a rooftop bar and is the brainchild of Tap 42 founders Sean and Blaise McMackin with the help of executive chef Andrew Balick and partner Damon DeWeerdt.
