Lincoln Property Co. has joined the new development on Las Olas
The Dallas based developer want’s in on the Fort Lauderdale action.
The new apartment building, which will stand at 32 stories and boast 374 units is now being helmed by Eden Multifamily, Cypress Equity Investments and Lincoln.
The project at 419 Southeast 2nd Street is slated to begin construction this month.
Lincoln is one of the largest multifamily managers in the United States with over 191,000 doors under management.
