FAT Village is quickly becoming one of the great hubs in Fort Lauderdale for art, music and more

Now, they’re getting a new condo development that the builder is dubbing as “industrial chic” aesthetic. It will be the only residential offering that you can own so far in the 4-block arts district and it being helmed by the veteran developers of Flagler Village. Developers say they hope people will want to own, not just rent.

Located at 401 NW First Ave, the seven-story project will have 33-units with 12-14 foot ceilings and exposed ducts and more in line with it’s architectural style.

Completion is slated for 2020 and pre-sale is now open.
