The parent company connecting South Florida with the Brightline rail is planning a new office building in Progresso Village

It’s going to be 175,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 of retail located at 101 Northwest Third Street Street, and will be aptly names 101 Fort Lauderdale.

The space will be 14 stories of office space with the ground floor being retail for restaurants and other walk-in amenities.

This building would add to the already strong downtown Fort Lauderdale office market. Click here for the full report.
