Six top chefs in Miami are creating artistic dishes to mark the annual event

To some, food is an art form. Chef Santiago Gomez is the brainchild and will be having 5 other chefs creating unique dishes that not only look like art, but present a taste and experience that’s fit for Art Basel.

The dishes include experiences like Florida Tripletail Art Attack, Seafood Arroz Pegado with grilled octopus and prawns and much more.

You may even notice that the plating resembles some artitic elements born from legends like Rothco and more.
