2401 Del Lago sold for $13 million by insurance magnate Richard Hull

The 11,169 mansion boasts 400′ of waterfront and sits on nearly an acre, and now it’s new home of former software executive Matthew Rizai.

The estate, built in 1999, has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms and was sold at about $1,163 per square foot.

Hull purchased the property in 1994 for $3 million, so even though the original listing in May 2018 was $18 million, they still made out pretty good.
