You Will Need:
- Desired rain boots
- Flowers / plant of choice
- Vase or pot
- Plastic bags
- (Optional) Ribbon
Instructions:
Buy a pair of rain boots or transform an old pair.
You can purchase rain boots online from amazon, or in stores at your local shopping store like Target. Keep in mind you can find really affordable pairs in the clearance section.
Another way is to transform an old pair wether it is yours, your significant other, or a child’s pair any can work.
Once you have your desired boot the next step is to find a vase that will fit perfectly hidden inside of your boots.
Add your flowers of choice to your vase or you can add potted plant.
Stuff some plastic grocery bags in the toes of the boots to give them a little shape. If using a potted plant add more plastic bags below to fill in the space.
