The man behind Pubbelly and Food Coma Group is opening his first eatery in Fort Lauderdale
It will take over the old Briny’s Irish Pub location and will offer items such as crab doughnuts, lobster flautas, seafood boils, and the Brazilian favorite, moqueca mista.
“Fort Lauderdale’s culinary scene has really evolved into a dining destination. We felt that the area was ready to explore all the best seafood the oceans have to offer,” notes Mendín “Rivertail will be the first opportunity I have had to center a restaurant around seafood.”
It will open in October 2019.
