The $70 million plan was approved unanimously
Fort Lauderdale, well known as the worldwide headquarters of yachting and all things saltwater, is getting a big renovation to one of it’s oldest marina’s.
The marina will feature 68 boat slips, and because Fort Lauderdale is the center of the yachting universe they’ll be able to accommodate massive vessels of up to 250 feet.
Additionally, the complex will feature two buildings and a 3-story services facility with a restaurant, dockmasters office, ship store and rooftop gym.
