This is a 45-story highrise in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and is packed with great in-house features for its residences like a spa, Pilates and spin studios, a swanky sky terrace and rooftop pool, a wine tasting salon. The units are rentals instead of condos, allowing for a different level of freedom and accessibility.

Society Las Olas

This project is one of the first of its kind: not only are the units of this 35-story tower rentals, you can even rent individual rooms. It’s meant to be a more accessible co-habitat space with built-in co-working spaces and more. The developers are hoping to achieve a “community” feel among its residents. It’s slated to be finished in 2020.
