Dockage with more than 100 wetslips
Nestled in the east side of north Broward County, the leader in gross sales of marine products, this marina is in the hub of the boating industry.
The recently renovated facility offers more than 100 wetslips able to accommodate 25 to 80 foot vessels.
Dockage is available to rent on either an annual or transient basis. We do allow liveaboards. Amenities include a laundry and mail room, ship store, heated swimming pool, tennis court, pump-out station and daily shuttle service provided by the City to local retail shops. Also on the property you’ll find a restaurant, real estate and yacht brokerage offices for your convenience.
