The oceanfront Pelican Grand Beach Resort is getting a $7,000,000 renovation

The owners, Jefast Hotels, will be upgrading the 145 guest rooms and 16 suites and 8 new luxury suites will be added at the design of a Seattle-based design firm.

Management of the Pelican want the rooms to reflect the world-class service they offer, and believe the renovations will do just that.

It’s important to note that the property will remain open for the duration of the renovations and will be complete by the end of 2018.
