Waterfront estate owned by Yankee Clipper family sells for $9.5 million
The owner of V’s Barbershop and family member of the Yankee Clipper Hotel family has sold their Fort Lauderdale waterfront estate – and it’s latest in a fast-moving market.
The 6,055-square-foot home at 1749 Southeast 13th Street sold for $1,568 per square foot. The buyer? A Nevada company called Grace 1749.
The 5/7 home features a wine room, gym, an open floor plan, eat-in gourmet kitchen and master bedroom on the ground level with dual baths and walk-in closets all designed by Tuthill Architecture.
