Builders in Fort Lauderdale see huge potential in Downtown areas
Fort Lauderdale downtown got 3x more residential mixed use residences in the first 3 months of 2019 than it did the entire year of 2018.
But those projects aren’t spur of the moment, many of them began working over 10 years ago.
The Main Las Olas was purchased in 2006, but due to regulatory holdups construction didn’t start until after the great recession, and is set for occupancy by 2020.
