About Sunset Islands Homes

Sunset Islands is an assemblage of four islands ( Sunset I, II, III, and IV) on the southwestern shores of Miami Beach. They are located south of Julia Tuttle Causeway and north of Venetian Causeway.
Sunset I and II are located in the northern part of the North Bay Road, while Sunset III and IV are in the southern part. The island is accessible through two points: 29th Street and 20th Street. Due to its location, the neighborhood is among the most coveted and popular areas in Miami.
Sunset Islands comprises mostly of upscale single-family homes with a mix of bayfront and dry lots with architectural designs ranging from the Mediterranean style to Contemporary and Modern. While there are inland options available as well, the best properties in Sunset Islands are usually oceanfront homes decorating the gorgeous shorelines of Biscayne Bay. Many of Sunset Islands homes for sale are multimillion estates with prices ranging from $3 million up to $23 million.
The neighborhood also has a few starters, non-waterfront homes priced at $2 million, while the average selling price of waterfront properties is $13 million.
Sunset Islands homes are elegant, luxurious, elegant, and sophisticated properties that boast the most lavish amenities. The neighborhood is gated to ensure the privacy and exclusivity that many residents consider a priority.
