Bo’s Beach will be a new bar and restaurant on Fort Lauderdale Beach
Kim Bokamper, the former Dolphins player and now founder of PDKN Restaurant Group is opening a new beach-easy bar and restaurant concept, aptly named Bo’s Beach.
The new eatery will have a menu crafted by the groups executive chef Jimmy Dean and will include items like Calypso shrimp pizza finished with prosciutto, sun-dried tomato, and artichoke hearts ($18) and a whole fresh-catch fish of the day served grilled, seared, or blackened.
