The Related group is planning a 311 unit tower that will be similar in size and specs to Icon Las Olas
The same developer that rose the Icon Las Olas in 2017 now has plans for a larger mixed use tower in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
It will total about 370,000 square feet and will be completed in 2021.
Being built less than a mile from the Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station, it’s accompanied by other developments also in the pipeline for the area.
