Born and raised in Ohio, Zoe developed a passion for real estate at a very young age when her family designed and built their childhood home. She moved to NYC directly out of college and pursued a successful career in new construction sales for Halstead Property Development Marketing. She was hired at a young age to be the “closer” of various Toll Brothers projects and took part in the re-emergence of Williamsburg. She also sold homes for Steiner NYC, BFC Partners and 5th Square Partners.

She spent 5 years working with the professional sports organization, the Tampa Bay Lightning. She held positions as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Owner and CEO and was a member of the Partnership team to build world class sponsorship relationships with businesses in the community. After years of service and dedication, Betsy realized that she was not achieving her personal life goals working in the sports and entertainment industry. She took a management position at a private estate where she worked for 1 year overseeing 2.5 acres of land, coordinating multiple interior and exterior renovation projects, and managing a household staff and the residential calendar.
With a desire to start a new chapter in her life, Betsy decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
