Born and raised in Ohio, Zoe developed a passion for real estate at a very young age when her family designed and built their childhood home. She moved to NYC directly out of college and pursued a successful career in new construction sales for Halstead Property Development Marketing. She was hired at a young age to be the “closer” of various Toll Brothers projects and took part in the re-emergence of Williamsburg. She also sold homes for Steiner NYC, BFC Partners and 5th Square Partners.

Zoe has been visiting Florida for the past 30 years and she finally moved here with her family 5 years ago. Zoe has over ten years of industry experience, with an extensive background in property management, investments, transaction coordinating, new construction sales and resale.
