Quantum at Flagler Village will feature 337 rooms and a mix of retail and hotel space
Flagler Village claimed another new mixed-use project, this time being developed by Hollywood, FL based Walker & Dunlop at a cost of around $100 million.
The development, called Quantum at Flagler Village, will include 337 apartments in two 15-story buildings, a 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, a 647-space parking garage and 20,884 square feet of retail space fronting Federal Highway.
The development is at 701 North Federal and is no-doubt being welcomed buy neighbors as it’s another luxury addition to an area that could once be considered underserved.
