The new development is one of the biggest ever approved for Downtown Fort Lauderdale
It’s called Riverparc Square and it’s going to take up nearly an entire city block with 790 apartments or condos, 297 hotel rooms, and 300,000 square feet of office space with retail to spare.
The development was approved without a vote by the City Counsel as a part of a new initiative to encourage higher density development downtown.
