Buyers and supply are leading the south florida condo market into a new chapter
The condo market in South Florida, typically a bastion of constant unrelenting development, is slowing down a bit on the supply side.
According to the Miami Herald, inventory of new condos will soon slow to a pace that hasn’t been seen in years, however it’s not all bad.
For one, the market is stabilizing and become less volatile, because the buyers which use to be mostly investors, are now end-users and residents who actually want to live in the unit and be in the community.
