Median home prices in the U.S. reached record highs in June, according to a report Friday from Redfin.
The national median home price was up 2.8% to $311,300 last month compared to the same time last year, the data showed. Redfin tracked 85 of the country’s largest metro areas for the report.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, saw the biggest jump with median sales prices increasing 11.1% year over year, the report found. Prices in Bridgeport, Connecticut, increased 11%, while those in Fresno, California, saw a 10.8% bump. Continue Reading…
