The Moderno Development Group is developing a 10-unit project in Victoria Park that they say marks the beginning of luxury developments in the neighborhood

The three-story townhouses, dubbed 912 Victoria, will run for about $4,000 per month in rent with a unique layout. Moderno says that there’s a high demand for townhouses that have all the conveniences and amenities, but with the roominess and space of a house.

The unit floorplans aren’t narrow and long, but instead wide and feature a two car garage as well as 10-foot ceilings, Italian porcelain flooring and more.
